Open hardware electronic arc lighter project. V1.1 is a PCB design preview currently under prototype validation.
100 V MOSFET revision
The high-voltage switching MOSFET was upgraded from the previous 60 V class to a 100 V option to provide more voltage margin.
Gate drive and protection
The MOSFET drive, clamp path, switching waveform, thermal behavior, and component stress remain part of ongoing prototype validation.
Open-source files
Schematic, PCB source, BOM, Gerber, firmware, test notes, and release files will be added after the V1.1 validation package is organized.
