Charged according to project difficulty, technical risk, document completeness, and communication workload.
15% at schematic start, 15% after schematic completion, 30% after placement PCB, and 40% after layout completion before final source-file delivery.
50% after component placement is confirmed, and 50% after layout completion before delivering all PCB source files and manufacturing files.
For 1–20 pcs engineering samples. Cost depends on PCB, BOM, SMT points, hand soldering, firmware flashing, testing, debugging, and shipping.
For 20–500 pcs trial production. Cost includes NRE preparation, PCB, components, SMT assembly, manual assembly, testing, packaging, loss allowance, and logistics.
For 500+ pcs production. Cost is confirmed after design review, BOM review, test method, fixture needs, packaging, schedule, and supply-chain plan.
Exact prices are confirmed after reviewing the project requirements, schematic status, PCB constraints, BOM, Gerber files, CPL / Pick-and-Place files, testing requirements, delivery quantity, and production schedule.
Modes de facturation
Facture au temps d'ingenierie, generalement XX–XX USD par heure selon difficulte, documents, risques et communication.
Le projet complet est facture en quatre etapes.
Si le schema est deja confirme, nous pouvons faire seulement le layout PCB.
Pour 1–20 pcs, utilise pour validation, debug, ajustement mecanique et tests initiaux.
Pour 20–500 pcs de production pilote, echantillons et premieres livraisons.
Pour produits stables apres prototype et pilote, generalement 500+ pcs.
Flux de developpement
Confirmar requisitos, alcance funcional, interfaces, coste, calendario, riesgos tecnicos y forma de entrega.
Disenar y confirmar alimentacion, controlador, interfaces, sensores, comunicacion, proteccion y bloques relacionados.
Preparar huellas, colocacion, ruteo, coordinacion mecanica, DRC y archivos de fabricacion.
Gestionar montaje SMD, soldadura del prototipo, encendido, verificacion basica y correccion de problemas.
Validar estabilidad de produccion, alternativas de componentes, flujo de prueba y ensamblaje en pequena serie.
Apoyar produccion masiva con documentacion, comunicacion, sugerencias de prueba y seguimiento de incidencias.
